Free development for a revenue share or a portfolio case
This is not "I'll build anything for free". It is a partnership: I invest time instead of money, you bring the idea and the market, and you pay out of results. Or the project is interesting enough that I'll build it for the case study.
The terms
- Revenue share: you pay a share of income once it exists. Size and term are fixed in a short written agreement before the start
- For the portfolio: the project is free if it is technically interesting and can be shown publicly as a case
- What qualifies: a product with a clear way to make money, a game, a service, a bot — where there is a market, not just an idea
- What does not: one-off work like "build me a free business-card site", projects without a responsible person on the client side
- What I need from you: describe the idea, who needs it and how it earns — two paragraphs are enough
- I take one or two such projects at a time, so I do not say yes to everyone — but I reply to everyone

You describe what you need; I ask questions and come back with a plan: stages, timeline, what I need from you.

A working skeleton first, not a slide deck. You see how it works before everything is built.

Development
Short stages with visible results. Code in a repository, deployed to your server or mine.

Launch & support
Deployment, monitoring, documentation. Then support by agreement or a hand-over to your team.

What do you get out of it?
Either a share of a product that took off, or a strong case in the portfolio. Both are worth more to me than a one-off fee for "another landing page".
And if there are no sales?
Then I get nothing — that is my risk and I take it knowingly. Which is why I choose projects instead of taking everything.
Who owns the code?
We fix it before the start. By default — you, with the right for me to show the project in my portfolio.
How do I pitch an idea?
Message me on Telegram: what you are doing, for whom, how it earns. I reply within a few days — yes or no, and why.
