Work Experience
Kyivstar
Full-Stack Developer
Sole front-end developer in a team of four (three on back-end). Owned development and support of three production CRM systems at Ukraine's largest telecom operator (22M subscribers), and worked across back-end services, CI/CD and infrastructure.
- Optimised bulk data import: moved parsing and validation to the client using a Web Worker and added row-by-row error reporting. Throughput grew from ~5,000 to ~25,000 rows in under 4 seconds, and tickets about bad data dropped to almost zero.
- Migrated three production systems from Vue 2 to Vue 3 (~140 components): Options API → Composition API, Vuex → Pinia, Bootstrap → Element Plus, Webpack → Vite. Incrementally, without pausing feature work and without production incidents.
- Built a real-time analytics dashboard on Vue 3, Python and FastAPI streaming delivery metrics, replacing around 6 hours of manual Excel work every week.
- Designed and rolled out Docker-based CI/CD for 6 front-end and back-end services with automated build, test and staged deployment to staging and production. Releases moved from manual to automated on-demand.
- Unified authentication: integrated Azure AD and a role-based access model across three systems, replacing separate user lists with a single identity and instant access revocation.
- Projects: SMS Dispatch (Vue 2 + TypeScript, Java + Spring), Flow Regulation (React.js, Java + Spring), SMS Counting (Vue 3, Java + Spring).
Energetik
Front-End Developer
Development and support of an internal HR and CRM platform used by around 400 employees.
- Built onboarding and vacation management modules on Vue 3 + TypeScript, replacing paper approval processes with digital workflows and status tracking.
- Implemented a real-time data synchronisation interface with the corporate 1C system, removing duplicate manual entry between the HR and accounting departments.
- Took part in the incremental migration of legacy components from Vue 2 to Vue 3 while continuing to develop and ship new functionality.
- Worked with Java/Spring developers on API contract design and on optimising the rendering of large employee datasets.
